  • Design Process

    1. When you purchase a website from us, a member of our staff will ask you several questions about your requirements and desires. We will then work closely with you throughout the design process to answer your questions and incorporate any feedback you might have.
    2. Next we will create a first draft of your website and email it to you in image form so that you can provide input. We are more than willing to completely redesign the website in the unlikely case that you do not feel satisfied with the design at this stage.
    3. We are so confident that you will like our work that only once you have accepted a design will we charge you for our services. This is our design guarantee; you are free to reject our services at any time after purchase up to this point, and will only be charged a £10 administration fee
    4. We will then complete your website, test it thoroughly, and finally place it in a secure area of our website where you can log in and download it. We can also send you a physical copy of the website on a CD-Rom if you request.
