1. Definitions
The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Avioso Designs. The terms "you" and "your" refer to yourself and any organisation you are representing in utilising any of our services, products, or website.
2. Legal compliance
It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all laws that you are subject to.
3. Our liability
You agree that we have no control over third party content linked to from this website. Except for death or personal injury caused by negligent acts or omissions, we shall only be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Websites which is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach by us of these Terms and Conditions.
4. Delivery Policy
Avioso will endeavour to email you by 1 working day after you have placed an order, asking for your precise requirements and explaining which member(s) of our staff are working on your product/service and how to contact them individually as well as Avioso as a whole. If you do not receive this email within 3 working days then please contact us for details. If we have not sent this email within 5 working days you will receive a refund of 10% of the order value.
For our static and dynamic packages, we will endeavour to have your website ready for inspection by yourself within 10 working days of receiving all your initial requests for how the site should be designed. If this is known to be impossible in advance then the package will appear as "out of stock" and by ordering you acknowledge that these 10 working days start when the package is "in stock" again. If the package is not created within 15 working days of being in stock, after being ordered, we will offer a 10% refund of the order value. For customised solutions a specific and separate time frame will be agreed upon.
Delivery of the product/service ordered, when completed and accepted as satisfactory by yourself, should take between 3 and 7 working days. If it has not arrived by 15 working days please contact us.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you are not satisfied with the design of your website you may contact Avioso who will make changes in accordance with your requests. If you are still unhappy with the design we will offer a full refund minus a handling fee of £5 so long as you have not confirmed that the site meets your requirements. If Avioso pays this refund then you agree to not use any part of the design that we have created. We will request confirmation that the site meets your requirements before sending you a copy of the site on disc and before uploading it to your web host, but after uploading it on to the internet for you to experiment with and test.
6. Changes to these terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions whenever we require them to be altered.
